Welcome to R2 Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide DJ, Photography, Videography, Marketing services for events, parties, and other creative needs.

Details of each service, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be outlined in individual contracts or invoices for each client engagement.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A service is considered booked only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Final Payment: Full payment is due as outlined in your agreement, typically before final delivery of services or media.
Accepted Payments: We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods outlined in the agreement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client-Initiated: If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given.
Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Weather or Emergencies: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unsafe conditions, illness, or unforeseen emergencies. Deposits may be applied to a future booking or refunded in such cases.

4. Delivery of Media

Turnaround Time: Typical delivery time for photo/video files is 2-4 weeks, depending on project scope and season.
Delivery Method: Files are delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link.
Storage: Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. R2 Collective is not responsible for lost files after 30 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

DJ/Photographer/Videographer/Marketer Rights: Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the copyright to all photos, videos, and music recordings created during your event.
Client Use: Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use. Content may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
Promotional Use: We reserve the right to use content (photos, videos, event footage) in portfolios, websites, social media, or marketing unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely communication
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions or grant access to venues at agreed times
Obtain any necessary permissions for location use, performances, or media capture

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Damages resulting from cancellations, delays, or circumstances beyond our control
Loss or corruption of media files due to technical issues (though we take care to back up and protect files)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

8. Website Use

Use of our website is at your own risk. All content on our website is the property of R2 Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
